We are a small family-owned farm that cares about sustainable production and are passionate about food and knowing where it comes from. Accordingly, we source premium fresh products that will last longer, encouraging others to buy locally and healthy, minimizing our carbon footprint. Above all, we encourage the three r’s: reduce, reuse and recycle.

The Farm Gate opens each Saturday from 08:00 to 12:00 inviting you to our Farmers’ Market for a morning of shopping, breakfast and coffee. There’s plenty of things to do for your whole family to enjoy!

Feeling Hungry? At Farm Gate we offer a wide variety of premium quality meats including Beef, Pork, Lamb, and Chicken that your whole family is guaranteed to enjoy. We source all our meat personally ensuring that we know exactly where it comes from, allowing us to sell some of the best meat in Lusaka.
We sell a wide range of different cuts including everything from Bits of Bacon to Ox Tail to Pork Filets to Hamburger Patties to Biltong.
